Personal Resources I Have Found (mostly Youtube): 

**Disclaimer on Resources/Family & Friends/Role models/Celebrities/People of Power/Everyone – NO one knows everything! A lot of people believe what they say is fact but with everything evolving daily what’s true today could be wrong tomorrow. It’s important you rationalize the truth/good qualities from these people and use it, just as much as you look at their downfalls and learn from them. NO one is perfect. Everyone has rooms for continuous growth. I attempt to take the best qualities of those around me I meet and interact with, and add that style to my tool box for the future. Even if you’re only aware of them, you can go back and research if needed at a later time. 

MUSIC – Using music to change my mood. These are artists I found that specifically communicate in a positive outlook. That does not mean all the lyrics are “bubbly fun”, but they talk about real life and are honest about their life/thoughts. Listening to the lyrics (not hearing) you can connect to the situation. Music can provide another perspective that may help shift your thoughts in a positive direction versus being in a cycle of thinking the pessimistic way. (Not listed in any particular order; I can appreciate all music types)
